Abstract

The goal of the Msc in Sustainable Energy programme is to provide high–calibre training in the field of Sustainable Energy by means of economic and environmental friendly energy systems and technologies. A strong emphasis is placed on dealing with Sustainable Energy systems tasks with due consideration of technical, environmental and socio economic issues.

The main objective of Msc programme is to train graduate students who would eventually: Be technical renewable/Sustainable Energy specialists with excellent grounding in socio-economic skills for development and implementation of national energy strategic plans; have core technical skills and knowledge needed in solving the practical challenges faced by the energy industry and the community in general with regard to energy development, provision and utilisation.
