Dr. Seroala Tsoeu-Ntokoane is a Senior Lecturer in Political and Administrative Studies at NUL and a Research Associate of the NUL-ERC. She has over twenty years of experience as a Research Professional in public policy analysis, development management, and gender studies. Her research field spans topics such as informal economic policy, garment industry and trade unions, gender intersectionality, adolescent health policy, democratization and political constitutionalism, and energy democracy in Africa. She also has an interest in Futures studies such as developing forecasting scenarios for the Lesotho we want. Dr. Tsoeu-Ntokoane has extensive research collaborations with government institutions, NGOs, and international agencies such as the EU and UNDP.
