He is an Associate Professor of Economics and a member of the Energy Research Centre at the National University of Lesotho. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Central Bank of Lesotho, where he contributes to the Monetary Policy Committee and chairs the Ethics, Human Resources and Remuneration Committee. He previously served on the Risk and Information Technology Governance Committee. His research focuses on energy economics, financial regulation and macroeconomic policy. With a strong portfolio of peer-reviewed publications, his work has informed policy and advanced academic discourse.
