He is an Associate Professor in Economics and a member of the Energy Research Centre at the National University of Lesotho. Additionally, he serves as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors at the Central Bank of Lesotho, where he is also a member of the Risk & Information Technology Governance Committee and the Monetary Policy Committee. His research interests encompass energy economics, macroeconomic policy and financial regulation. His work has been published in journals such as Utilities Policy, Economic Analysis & Policy and the Journal of Banking Regulation.
